We’re grateful to the Magnolia community and to Community Impact for featuring Sabra Farm. What began as a small family-run market is growing into a dependable local provisioning market focused on clean, carefully selected foods, local relationships, and helping families eat well every week.

Sabra Farm offers locally grown produce in Magnolia Career missionaries husband and wife duo Rabih Sabra and Sandy Sabra opened Sabra Farm in June 2024 to offer the community a place to source fresh produce grown locally and clean food.

We’re Hiring at Sabra Farm (Magnolia, TX)

Sabra Farm is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, friendly team member to join us part-time (starting around 20 hours/week).

We’re a small, family-run farm market focused on clean, wholesome food — and a clean, welcoming environment for our customers.

What you’ll be doing:
• Helping customers in a warm, welcoming way
• Keeping the store clean, organized, and well-presented throughout the day
• Stocking shelves and maintaining attractive displays
• Assisting with light food prep and packaging
• Supporting daily operations alongside our team

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Reliable and consistent (this matters a lot)
• Takes pride in cleanliness and attention to detail
• Friendly and comfortable talking with customers
• Neat, organized, and self-motivated
• Willing to learn and grow with us

Details:
• Starting at ~$15/hour
• Part-time to start, with room to grow
• Located in Magnolia (Hardin Store area)
