Quilt Cabernet Sauvignon 🍷

The weather is cooling down a little, and a deeper red is starting to sound just right.

Quilt brings dark fruit notes of blackberry and black currant, with fruit sourced from multiple Napa sub-appellations coming together in the bottle.

It’s also the kind of Cabernet that doesn’t need to wait for one particular course. From an appetizer at the beginning of the table to an entrée and something sweet at the end, Quilt can stay with you through dinner.

Our pork belly is caramelized in chili-honey soy sauce, bringing together a little sweetness, heat, and savory depth. Tangy jalapeño slaw underneath keeps each bite bright and balanced.

The 12 oz. house-cut ribeye takes a different route. Flame-grilled, topped with house-made garlic herb butter, and served with Hasselback potatoes, cheese sauce, and bacon. 🥩

Bright plum and blackberry, soft tannins, and a smooth finish.

Crisp citrus, passionfruit, and fresh herbaceous notes.

🌸 Pasqua 11 Minutes Rosé
Fresh strawberry, raspberry, yellow peach, white flowers, and bright citrus.
