About Us...
Ken and I met in 1994 and married in 1999. Ken started working as an engineer with a contractor for NASA straight from college. I’ve done many different things over the years ranging from sales person to cabinet designer to office manager to mortgage assistant and many others in between. Our son Kenny was born in 2008 and after that, we decided I would stay home with him. Ken has always loved working with his hands and making things, having side projects that he can work on and I’ve always loved decorating and crafting. Some time back, I was fiddling around and made my first banner. Then I put together a wreath. A friend wanted it so I gave it to her and then made me another. Her friend wanted one so I gave her that one... and that started my journey. I received more and more requests and I continued trying new things. Three years later, here we are. Ken got involved when I started getting requests for yard games and ideas that required building. Now, we build, create and dream up all sorts of fun new items to share with everyone. We enjoy taking requests for items we’ve never attempted before, just to see if we can do it! This pass-time has allowed us extra funds to travel and spoil our boy more than he already is. But most importantly, it gives us a common goal that brings us together as a couple. It has strengthened our relationship by allowing us to work and have fun with each other while creating fun items that bring other families closer together as well.
