With the help of JS Fabrication, we designed, fabricated and installed a custom breather/catch can on the '96 Supercharged LT-4. -8AN feeds to tank installed between PS Cooler and Fans. Motion Raceworks hardware on the composite valve covers.

Finished up the Vortech Supercharged 1996 LT-4. Basic scope:

Mustang Dyno delivered 411 rwhp at 6,000 rpm and 394 rwtq at 5200 rpm.

Getting closer on this 1996 LT-4 build. Tons of upgrades.. Cam, AFR 195 heads, new Optispark, Methanol Injection, plugs, wires, dual friction clutch, billet flywheel, shim kit for trans, injectors, water pump, new tune and more and more...

Another C4 rescued (1994 LT-1)! Diagnosed and repaired "no crank"; installed new SAC City Optispark with Petris vented cap & rotor, new AC-Delco 41-906 plugs gapped at .050, new plug wires, cleaned & serviced Throttle Body, repaired multiple vacuum leaks, repaired damaged rib on balancer. Cleaned & degreased front of engine and frame while Opti was out. Water pump had limited miles and was in good condition.

Replaced all 4 Bilstein shocks on a '91 ZR-1 a few months ago. The system persisted in kicking out code 22, indicating a "time out fault" on the right rear actuator. The spur gears were all pretty stiff when installed. Just finished removing right rear again. Verified proper seating depth of top cup (actuator plugs into it), applied penetrating oil while working the spur gear, removed one very small burr on the spur gear, lubricated with very small amount of grease and reinstalled. Cleared code 22 with Tech 1a. Test drive perfect. All 4 actuators working well. No fault codes.

Nice '94 LT-1 in for repairs. Infamous Optispark failure! DTC 16. Going back with SAC City unit and the Petris Vented cap/rotor upgrade.

Wires, plugs as well. Found broken check valve on intake manifold so will replace that.

Car wouldn't crank. Chased wiring back from starter to ignition switch. Aftermarket (now out of business) security system was problem. Removed it and cleaned up the wiring rat nest.

Time to clean up front of the engine before reassembly!
