We're thrilled to announce our winners at the Max Awards 2024 by the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin. Nolina's 'Somewhere Between Town & Country' campaign clinched the title of Best Billboard, while Bryson's 'So Much Life, So Much New' campaign shone bright as the Best Print Ad Developer. We were also finalists in multiple categories including Best Marketing Campaign Developer, Best Internet Marketing Campaign, Best Sales Brochure Developer, and Best Event Master-Planned Community. We are proud to announce Baker One's newest project, the Cypress Green Information Center. Our team was engaged by Starwood Land Advisors to create an engaging Welcome Center in the new Model Home Village for homebuyers and Realtors. From spearheading the Planning Charette, to overseeing building construction, selecting all interior design finishings, designing the sales center displays and marketing videos, to the interior and exterior signage and promotional materials - we worked alongside Tim Johnson and Daniella Franco to make this dream a reality.
