Our centers provide nutritious meals and fun activities throughout the week.
We provide a place for active seniors to meet and mingle with other seniors, volunteer, play games and enjoy nutritious meals. At The Magnolia Senior Center we are dedicated to honoring and enriching the lives of our elder community through compassion, care, and connection. Our center provides a welcoming and nurturing environment where seniors can thrive physically, emotionally, and socially. We offer a range of vital services, including nutritious hot meals, educational programs, social activities, and personal support, all designed to foster well-being and promote dignity in every stage of aging. Understanding the importance of family, we also extend our support to caregivers and loved ones through food assistance and comprehensive care resources. Guided by the mission and values of David Boone Ministries Inc., we are committed to being a pillar of love and support for our senior citizens—empowering them to live with purpose, joy, and the respect they deserve.

We hope everyone is enjoying your summer and staying cool! ☀️💦 Here are some helpful tips to keep our seniors safe and healthy during this summer’s heat:
💧 Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
🏠 Stay indoors or in a cool, air-conditioned place during the hottest parts of the day.
👒 Wear lightweight, loose-fitting clothing and a hat when going outside.
🌡️ Check on family, friends, and neighbors—especially older adults—to make sure they are staying cool and hydrated.
⚠️ Be aware of signs of heat exhaustion, such as dizziness, weakness, heavy sweating, headache, or nausea.
Let’s continue looking out for one another and keeping our seniors safe this summer! ❤️
