We’re incredibly proud to celebrate Robert Copley, CERP as President of the American Rental Association (ARA)!

Robert has served ARA and the rental community in many capacities throughout his career, making this next chapter in his leadership especially meaningful.

For Event Essentials, that connection runs deep. Our founders, Rex and Enid Hoffman, were founding members of ARA 70 years ago, beginning a tradition of involvement and service that has remained an important part of who we are today.

Now, seeing Robert step into the role of President feels like a very special continuation of that legacy.

We’re excited to see him represent and advocate for rental professionals across the country while helping move our industry forward.

We celebrated our owner, Kevin Hoffman, and his 70th birthday! Kevin began working at Event Essentials in 1980, and more than four decades later, his leadership and dedication continue to be an important part of who we are today.

To mark the occasion, our leadership team cooked breakfast for the entire crew. A chance to celebrate Kevin, fuel up, and spend a little time together during our busiest season.

One of the best parts of Picnic in the Park is celebrating the incredible talent our local food scene has to offer.

This year, we’re honored to feature Chef Sean Pharr. As the chef and co-owner of Mint Mark, Sean is known for his thoughtful, seasonal approach to cooking and his commitment to locally sourced ingredients. His creative menus have helped make Mint Mark a favorite in Wisconsin’s dining scene, and we’re thrilled to have him joining us for this year’s event.

It’s not every day you get to help transform an airplane hangar into a concert venue. ✈️

Last week, Waukesha County Airport became the home of the Freedom Waves Benefit Concert, welcoming guests for an evening of live music, community, and celebration in support of Folds of Honor Wisconsin. The event helps fund educational scholarships for the spouses and children of America’s fallen and disabled military members and first responders.

We’re honored to help bring this meaningful event to life in support of Folds of Honor Wisconsin.

For Epic’s annual company picnic, our team helped outfit their beautiful Verona, WI campus with tents, tables, and chairs thoughtfully installed throughout the grounds to welcome thousands of Epic employees and their guests.
