We accept Returns with ORIGINAL RECEIPT, & TAGS STILL ATTACHED , and item in ORIGINAL condition on regular priced items WITHIN 7 days for store credit or exchange. Items need to be SMOKE FREE, No stains (makeup/deodorant), and NO signs of PET HAIR. We have the right to refuse any item that does not meet our standards. Please provide phone number and name in package so we can call you to verify we have received the return and notify you of your credit. Please ship with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost items. Clearance/Sale items, Leggings, & Accessories are a FINAL SALE. No exceptions/No returns. Shoes are EXCHANGE ONLY and must have NO wear. We provide dressing rooms at all shows. PLEASE try on items then and there. If you think you may need to exchange please speak with the salesperson at the show about a receipt so you will be able to exchange at store (same rules apply).
