This is such a special piece. Carline waited and waited for her dream tattoo and I can't say how honored I am that she chose me. This isn't Carline's only tattoo but it's certainly her biggest.

Someone pretending to be me has sent out emails asking for a deposit. I WILL NEVER DO THIS! You all should know my booking process. I will never send you a message and ask you to get a tattoo let alone send a deposit. My deposit requirements are on my website and only for when I'm traveling and we've already agreed on what I'm tattooing. If you'd like further confirmation you can always call the shop to speak to me personally. Except I'm in Florida until January 3rd. Be safe and keep your hard earned money!

The Big Kielbasa. Kieler was a Bavarian Mountain Hound and one special boy. Sean imported and trained him to track bear and deer for hunters who couldn't find them if they had made a questionable shot. Kieler was so good at his job that he was globally recognized and Sean and Kieler got to do seminars all over the world. Sean brought Kieler's grandson, Slim Shady, to the shop for a visit and some puppy kisses for inspiration for his last sit 🥹. I consider it the highest honor when i immortalize a pet and family member.

When you spend this much time with someone you become pretty close. They know you and you know them. I had the best time in Tampa this year. I love doing this show with my longtime booth mate, and joining us for the first time this year . You ladies were incredible. There is such a large black and gray presence at this show. Maddy has been getting tattoos from me since I was about 6 months into my career. I just completed my 8th year of tattooing. Her arm is a time line of my progression. She took 2nd overall female 🥹. A huge accomplishment when some of them are almost 8 years old. This past weekend I was the . I had so much fun getting to see everyone that stopped by to say hello! It was first convention and I feel so honored that I got to show him the ropes. It's no secret that I have a lot of love for my clients. They do it all for me 🥰. Thank you Andy and Amber for bringing your brand new pieces to your first convention for me! Amber walked away with 1st place in a deep large black and gray category. Black and gray doesn't mean realism. It just means no color. Maddy took second in small black and gray with a 6 year old piece of mine. It feels good that I was doing it right even 6 years ago and 3rd best arm/leg sleeve. My client just graduated law school, and this was her graduation gift to herself! This Lady Justice is fully healed. My client also mentioned that she'd like to continue this, so I was a little light on the background because I didn't want to take anything away from her in the future.

It's almost that time again where I open my books! I'm still thinking at the beginning of May but please, turn on notifications for my Instagram so you don't miss the window.

I open my books for 48 hours to allow everyone a chance to send in their requests. Requests sent before my booking window opens WILL NOT be considered. (play nice people) This is not a first come first serve basis. I've been doing this 8 years and one of the things I've learned is that life is precious and I want to spend my time doing projects I feel the most passionate about at that time. Projects that make my art glands drool. (ew) (also see website for further info about my booking process and FAQ's)

There's another important matter that I need to discuss. I'm changing my rates! I haven't changed them since before the pandemmy and gosh darn it, I think I'm worth it. I work very hard to give you each some of the best of me. My new rate will be 1200 for the day. Roughly 240/hr if we do less than 5 hours

With that being said all current in progress pieces will be kept at the same rate until we finish . Current in progress pieces, you have a year to finish them at my old rate, and then you'll have to pay my new rate to finish them. Any new projects will be booked at my new rate! As always thank you for loving my work as much as I do and the loyalty! I can't want to see what your requests are this time round!
