We have reports that Memorial and College Library internet access is down. The issue may be campus wide. Please check this space for further information.

This morning’s GoPrint public printing system outage has been resolved.

Please note that we are currently enabling free printing in libraries as the GoPrint outage persists and there is not a clear estimate as to when service will be restored.

We are starting with College and Memorial and will march through other libraries. All should be set for free printing within the next 15 minutes or so (by 9:45).

Please note that GoPrint public printing is currently down in the libraries. We are investigating and will send out notification as we learn more.

We are working to resolve this as soon as possible and will send out an update shortly.

This problem appears to be resolved and Ebsco databases are again accessible.

This is a wide-ranging issue and Ebsco support is aware of and working on this problem.

Some Tier 2 machines may display a message the morning indicating that it’s “at stage 2…and preparing to update..”. Please hit "control,alt,delete" and login as usual to complete the application of the patch.

Please note that there are reports of GoPrint public printing outages beginning early this morning. Though initial reports and the DoIT Outage page indicate this is a College Library issue, it appears to be across all of our public GoPrint stations (Libraries, Labs, etc.).

This printing issues reported this evening have been resolved, though you may need to restart release stations to re-establish connectivity. If you continue to have issues please let us know.
