MLDF, Madison Leadership Development Foundation, is a newly established nonprofit organization operating out of Madison County, Alabama. The mission and purpose of our organization is simple:

Madison Leadership Development Foundation exists exclusively for charitable and educational purposes to inspire, equip, and empower students to become principled, confident, and community-minded leaders. The organization is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of leadership by providing meaningful opportunities for students to serve, create, and lead within their communities.

MLDF has a deep passion for developing community-minded leaders from the next generation. We are devoted to empowering them to succeed TODAY, and not just planting seeds for later. We believe that our world can be a brighter place with the voices of the next generation having a seat at the table.

MLDF also hosts the annual MadFest! MadFest is a growing event in Madison, Alabama that brings thousands of people together for community connection.
