Reminder that Kennedy's End of Year Picnic & 60th Birthday is THIS Thursday!

📚 Special display featuring 60 years of Kennedy artifacts

This is one of our favorite traditions as a PTO. Usually there's a great turnout and our students love it!

Kennedy End of the Year Picnic 2026 We're looking for a few volunteers to help with the Kennedy End of the Year Picnic. It's on Thursday, June 4, from 5-7pm (rain date June 5). You can help with set up or clean up, face painting, serving food, or restocking snacks/drinks as needed. If you're able to make some time to help at the picni...

TONIGHT, May 26, at 6:00pm is a Free Community Meal in the cafeteria (pizza & fruit), followed by the last PTO meeting of the school year from 6:30-7:30pm in the library. We'll hear about the Year-in-Review from Principal Kent, as well as a Year-in-Review summary of PTO work. We will also hold elections for next year's PTO executive board. Everyone is welcome!

📣🎉 Today is the FINAL day to donate online to our annual Fun Run! 🎉📣

Thanks to our amazing school community, we’ve already surpassed our $10,000 goal...which means students have officially earned a special assembly where a teacher/staff member will be taped to the wall! 🧻😄

But we’re not done yet! If we reach $12,000, EVERY class will earn a movie day! 🍿🎬

For those of you asking about the Fun Run class times tomorrow. They are:

8:45 - 9:30 -- 2nd grade
9:30 - 10:15 -- 1st grade
10:15 - 11:00 -- Kindergarten
11:00 - 11:45 -- 3rd grade
11:45 - 12:30 -- 5th grade
12:30 - 1:15 -- 4th grade

Woohoo! We just passed the $6,000 mark in fundraising for our Fun Run tomorrow! 🎉
