Goodman Pool opens later this week! Have you heard the news about the new Pool Waiver? It's required for all Goodman Pool visitors. Stop by the pool this week to get pool ready before opening day, set for Thursday, June 11 (weather permitting).

Staff will be at Goodman Pool, 325 W. Olin Ave to provide assistance in completing the waiver and taking photos.

Staff will assist with:
•Creating/reactivating Webtrac Account
•Updating household information
•Completing Pool Waiver

•Purchasing Annual Seasonal Passes
•Taking photos of everyone 3 years and older

Free Fun Weekend in Your Local Parks! On Saturday, June 6 and Sunday, June 7, no permit is required in Madison and Dane County Parks.

Access the lakes, bring your pooch to a park, and play disc golf, all without a typically required permit.

From 5:00 - 8:00pm, grab a friend, enjoy a cold Two Hearted IPA, and put your skills to the test on the putting course during our “Putt Your Heart Out” event. Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or trying it for the first time, all skill levels are welcome!

Plus, enjoy live music from Sparetime Bluegrass Band from 6–8PM. A Madison favorite for over 30 years, this award-recognized group brings traditional bluegrass sound, heartfelt harmonies, and incredible musicianship to every performance.

Water Safety Day - This Friday, June 5 at Warner Park! Come boating on the lagoon and learn water safety from Madison Park Rangers.

City of Madison Park Rangers and MSCR are teaming up to teach you all about water safety and canoeing. Staff will bring you out onto lagoon to experience the nature of your community park from a totally different perspective. Participants must be at least 9 years old.

Meet at the rainbow shelter at Warner Park, 2930 N. Sherman Ave.

We're hosting an open house style, second public input meeting for the Cypress Spray Park Redesign! Join us at Cypress Park on Thursday, June 4 from 6-7:30pm when we'll share proposed designs including specific features, park elements and theming. Stop by the park and share your thoughts! Kids are encouraged to attend with an adult; we want to hear what they think sounds fun!
