Have you paid for your uniform? Or emailed Ms. Jenkins to work out payment?? This has to be done ASAP!!!

If you would like to have uniforms hemmed by Ms. Lou Ann Hazelton, she will come to the school, measure, pick up, hem & bring back for $7 -- cash only in an envelope with correct change with student's name on the envelope. That is a DEAL. She charges $7 but if you want to send a $10, it would be well worth it. She leaves a one inch hem. She also does this for the high school. Please send the envelope by this Thursday if you are interested.

Orlando Fest permission forms and $100 deposit per person is now due. Absolute deadline is Nov. 1.

*Tuesday, Oct. 11 - rehearsal @ First Church of the Nazarene, 9640 Meridian St. N., Huntsville, 35810, 6:00-8:00 pm

*Tuesday, Oct. 18 - rehearsal @ First Church of the Nazarene, 9640 Meridian St. N., Huntsville, 35810, 6:00-8:00 pm

*Monday, Oct. 24 - festival rehearsal with the guest clinicians @ James Clemens High School, 6:00-8:00 pm

*Tuesday, Oct. 25 - All day rehearsal with guest clinicians @ James Clemens High School, 9:00 am-3:00 pm (excused from school).

*Tuesday, Oct. 25 - Madison County Honor Choir Concert @ James Clemens High School, 7:00 pm. (All are invited.)

***Uniform money should be sent Ms. Jenkins by this Thursday in cash or a check (DL #/two phone ). She plans to order on Thursday. Ladies $80/Gentlemen $50 if she has your size. $60 if we have to order. If you can send at least half, please do so. You can pay the remainder upon delivery.
