Building Independence is a workshop series designed to empower those that self-direct their own services. Hiring and managing your own Direct Support Professionals can come with a lot of stress and be difficult to navigate. That’s why we’re proud to fund DSPN and this virtual, free training series that gives people the tools and knowledge to feel more confident managing their care teams. 🧡
