Our community and state mission is to assist civil authorities protect life and property, as well as preserve peace, order and public safety during emergencies, as directed by the governor of the state of Wisconsin. We are small business owners, teachers, nurses, electricians, plumbers, college students, moms, dads, brothers, sisters, and more. We train and work to be Always Ready, Always There, ready to step in and help wherever needed. And we do this at a significant value for American taxpayers. Although we make up 20% of the U.S. Joint Force capability, we require only 4% of the defense budget. Additionally, we use our mission readiness and capabilities to give back to our local communities.
