I have been working on the business getting the website spiffed up, I have tons of content ideas, but the whole time thing just gets in the way. Recently I wrote about how to be courageous and creative in your work and life. Creativity, is the key to innovation and being a great human.

I have been working on my somatic breathing the last couple of weeks. I like the box breathing method a lot. I designed this sticker and its available on both my Etsy store and la-la.co.

Just finished up framing and signing my art prints that have been donated to the Mental Health and Wellness Fall Festival Silent Auction. Click through on their page, to find the silent auction. Bidding starts soon. Image 1 is the Wisconsin Wildflowers print featuring native wildflowers from and in the shape of Wisconsin. Image 2 is the second in the Moon Phase Seasons series Woodland Fox. The Luna moth was a part of the 2023 silent auction.
