Yesterday was such an amazing day at the .stonewoodvillage event!

I sold this piece late in the day to a woman who lives on the property and she instantly hung it up. ☺️ I sold over half of my gemstone beaded driftwood and doorbell pieces!

Thank you to the organizers, my amazing sister for assisting me, my Dad and his wife for visiting, and the folks who purchased a piece from me. ❤️ Now I have to buy more beads!

I’ve been making some new gemstone beaded home decor and can’t wait for my next show Makers Market of Stonewood Village on Saturday, May 9 from 10 AM - 4 PM!

This piece is filled with beads from and carved wooden beads from a vintage necklace from Crazy Franks in Mineral Point. It’s perfect for any wall, entryway, window, patio or porch!

It’s been years since I introduced myself, so here’s a bit about me.

• I’m Erin and I’m the maker of For Found Sake.

• I’ve been making something with my hands since I was a kid.

• I went to college for graphic design and dark-room photography, but never became a graphic designer as I was garbage at it.

• I was born in CA, and have lived in WI, Las Vegas, Kentucky, and Seattle. I miss the mountains. I would like to live by an ocean someday…

❤️ I love succulents, dogs, gemstones, rocks, red wine, ghosty podcasts, my handsome husband and dog Lola Ladybird, Milagro hearts, dive bars, old Indie music, bugs, red lipstick, reading only fiction, watching ocean life videos, dog Frito paws, staying in hotels, women’s rights, Frye boots, those lighted Christmas houses, peanut butter everything, turquoise jewelry, the smell of Palo Santo, swimming in the ocean, British humor, cheese curds, jazz music, plays, heavy blankets, donating to animal shelters/dog adoption organizations, hawks, the album “You Forgot it in People” by Broken Social Scene, oversized couches, rollercoasters, supporting DEI companies, getting into a really hot car when you’ve been in a cranked A/C building for hours, Milwaukee, fruit type pies, Barcelona, wind instruments, the movie “Almost Famous”, those “made me smile” type videos of people doing really great things for others, and wearing sweatshirts inside out.

• After pivoting a few times in the last 10 years, I will be staying in the gemstone beaded decor, jewelry and accessories world, and I hope to have new items in 2026!
