If your license is among the 18,000+ that have not been renewed, log in to Online Services at arec.alabama.gov and take care of it TODAY! August 31, 2026, is the LAST DAY to renew without incurring a $150 late fee.
REMINDER: All Alabama real estate licensees must renew your license by August 31, 2026. You must complete 15 hours of CE by September 30, 2026.
