Please follow these instructions for the best results:

* Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment.
* Avoid caffeine on the day of your appointment.
* Do not take blood-thinning medications (unless prescribed by your doctor).
* Avoid Botox or fillers in the brow area for at least 2 weeks before your appointment.
* Do not wax, thread, or tint your brows for 3–5 days before your visit.
* Avoid excessive sun exposure or tanning for one week before your appointment.
* Inform your technician if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking Accutane, or have any medical conditions.

Proper aftercare is essential for beautiful, long-lasting brows.

* Keep your brows dry for the first 24–48 hours (or follow your technician’s specific instructions).
* Apply the recommended healing ointment in a very thin layer, if instructed.
* Do not scratch, rub, or pick at any scabs.
* Avoid swimming, saunas, steam rooms, and excessive sweating for 10–14 days.
* Avoid makeup, skincare products, and exfoliants on the brow area until fully healed.
* Stay out of direct sunlight and avoid tanning during the healing process.
* Allow the brows to heal naturally. Color may appear darker at first and will soften over the next few weeks.
* Attend your touch-up appointment in 6–8 weeks for the best long-term results.

Healing takes approximately 4–6 weeks. Following these instructions will help your brows heal beautifully and retain the best color.
