Big news from Vernon County!

We’re proud to see peer support expanding in powerful new directions. The Vernon County Opioid Abatement initiative is teaming up with Knutson Memorial Library to launch a peer support program that brings lived experience and connection directly into the heart of the community.

“Libraries are trusted spaces,” said Tanya Kraege, Co-founder of Ventus Rex. “Combining that trust with trained peer specialists opens new doors for recovery, harm reduction, and hope.”
