Starting April 28th, I’m hosting a small, in-person 4-week experience called Season of Alignment for women who feel a little in-between or unsure what’s next.

It’s a space to slow down, reflect, and get clear on where you are and where you want to go, with real conversations and support along the way.

Have you ever felt that you have been taking detours on your path forward? What if the detours are places of learnings needed for your dreams? And sometimes a detour is an opportunity to experience joy, a break from all your hard work.

Not all growth happens alone.

For many of us, personal growth begins quietly.
We read books.
We journal.
We reflect on our own.

And those practices matter.

But over time, I’ve noticed something important: some of the most meaningful insights don’t come from thinking alone. They emerge through intentional conversation.

When we slow down and talk about the ideas that are shaping us, something shifts. We hear perspectives we hadn’t considered. We recognize patterns more clearly. We begin to see ourselves and our lives in new ways.

There is a kind of clarity that happens in thoughtful dialogue — especially in spaces where people are willing to be honest, reflective, and curious together.

That’s part of the inspiration behind something new I’m creating at Inner Source Living.

It’s called The Expansion Collective, and it’s designed to create intentional space for these kinds of conversations around personal growth.
