If you are concerned about your refund and you are expecting a refund from Santa Barbara Bank, go to www.sbtpg.com to check the status of your refund.
Go to the taxpayer tab, put in your social security number and refund amount. The site will tell you if your refund is in for federal and state and disclose all of the fees that was charged to you.

Expected Federal Funding!

We have it on good authority that we can expect to see significant Federal Funding deposits on 2/22 and 2/27.
At this point, we consider this information to be a very credible rumor... but rest assured money is coming.
If we receive any further info on when we can expect Federal Funding will be sure to let you know!

To get updates about your refund, download the app, "IRS2go" on your device and plug in your social, your filing status and your refund amount.
Also for your information, refunds with earned income credit and child tax credit sre being delayed til around February 21 or later. Whoever your tax preparer is, they can put you in for a refund advance if you can't wait that long. They are not guaranteed there's nothing to lose by trying.

IRS after Shutdown
It will take the IRS a while to get back to normal. This means the following may take longer than they normally would:

- Processing electronic returns that require manual intervention

- Paper returns and amended return processing

- Hold times on IRS help lines
