Don’t forget to join us Wednesday August 5 in the Centenary fellowship hall for our first interfaith camp meeting! Hina shared about Hinduism with our children’s interfaith mission camp this June and is looking forward to seeing all of the adults and kids tonight! Starts at 6pm - see you there!

It’s back to school season! We had a huge group of students - from preschool to Doctoral students - receive a blessing and a backpack tag on Sunday. We’re praying for all of our students to grow in their knowledge, their curiosity, and their framing a world in justice and joy.

Join us on Wednesdays in August to learn more about our neighbors and their faith! Wednesdays gathering at Centenary will be in the fellowship hall! See y’all then!

School open houses have started and school began for some students this week! Bring your student and their bookbag to worship on Sunday at 11am in the sanctuary to receive a bookbag tag and a blessing! Students of all ages - from preschool to doctoral programs - are welcome to receive the blessing!

Our Centenary kids continued to shape the world this past Sunday by making 100 sandwich sacks for our friends at Booker T Washington Community Center! We’re so grateful to everyone that has stepped up to provide food during this month long gap in the summer for our kiddos before school starts. It was also great to see the community mural that our kids made at Interfaith Mission Camp last year with Erin Hawkins. The power of partnerships and continued companionship is being taught to our kids now!

Yesterday we shared a special blessing with teachers, staff, and administrators to remind them that we’ve got their back in the midst of ongoing struggles and challenges in education.
