Community Health Works is a nonprofit public charity that works throughout the state.
Organized in 1999, CHW has grown into a multi-county collaborative that seeks to improve the health of local residents and the capacity of the local health care community. The original core service area of CHW includes Bibb, Crawford, Houston, Jones, Monroe, Peach and Twiggs Counties.
