Rookery’s resident cheesecake wizard, Amber Palfy, joined forces with a familiar face behind the bar, Travis Patterson, to create an elevated take on a Southern classic. Topped with Chantilly cream, meringue, banana pudding, Nilla wafers, and finished with vanilla sauce, it's everything you love about banana pudding in cheesecake form.
