Make sure to be careful when walking outside in winter weather. Stretch a little indoors before venturing outside. Walk with shorter strides and knees slightly bent when you encounter slippery surfaces. Carry a walking stick for extra balance. Due to the snow and overnight freezing temperatures into tomorrow, we are going to have to close Wednesday January 22, 2025. Roads will be dangerous the first half of the day. I don’t want anyone getting hurt on their way here. Call us Thursday if you need to get in for an appointment. We plan on being open Thursday and Friday normal hours.

As we approach Springtime, it is essential to get back in shape before starting your regular yardwork. Begin a gradual walking routine twice a day for 15 minutes and focus on stretching your calves and hamstrings gently.
