2023 : White Velvet Cake
The winner of the inaugural year of the Great Macon Baking Week, our soft and smooth white velvet cake with white chocolate mocha buttercream icing!

2024 : Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Cake
The second year of competition saw this wonderful cake come in first. Fresh wild blueberries baked into our soft lemon cake, covered in cream cheese icing with a dollop of our ice cream textured cheesecake and fresh blueberry reduction on top!

2025 : Peaches & Cream Cake
The current winner of the Great Macon Baking Week! Our soft pound cake filled full of holes to allow our peach reduction to soak into the cake with whipped cream cream cheese icing and fresh peaches on top!
