We bring together a group of service providers, service consumers, residents, educators, elected officials, community leaders and other stakeholders to plan and implement strategies to address community issues. We facilitate collaboration by asking our partners to work together in new and innovative ways to improve access and service delivery to those who need it most.
A service celebrating the life and legacy of our Executive Director Travis Blackwell will be held this Saturday, August 26, at 2 p.m. at Macon Little Theatre, 4220 Forsyth Road, Macon 31210. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Macon Little Theatre or The Mentors Project of Bibb County.

Georgia Watch, in partnership with Community Partnership, held a Financial Literacy Train-the -Trainer Event on Monday, June 22nd. 40 participants from various fields attended. Each of participant was trained to deliver a Financial Literacy curriculum provided by Georgia Watch, and are expected to conduct at least 6 financial literacy workshops within in the community or the scope of their work prior to October 2018. A Job Readiness Camp will be held May 15 – May 19 from 4 p.m to 7 p.m. at the Rosa Jackson Community Center for ages 15 – 19. Each day will cover a different topic ranging from dress for success, applications, resume, and interviews. Volunteers are needed to lead and participate in the workshops.
