What Is the Job?
- Your mission is to create and grow revenue.
- Hunting (60%)
- Prospect and develop new industrial clients
- Get in front of plant managers, maintenance leaders, and decision-makers
- Build a pipeline and close new opportunities
- Stay proactive—this role rewards those who go get it
- Farming (40%)
- Grow and retain existing accounts
- Build strong, trusted relationships inside customer facilities
- Identify additional opportunities within current clients
- Partner with operations to ensure successful ex*****on and repeat business

- Walking plants, identifying needs, and creating solutions
