Have you ever felt like you are healing the same thing over and over again? Me too until I remembered a wonderful conversation with a past therapist. She really helped me put it all into perspective.

A climb up my stairs yesterday reminded me of that conversation and came at a perfect time. (As everything does!)

Feeling good today finally! I feel like I missed Christmas wishes and I am grateful to be sending New Year’s Wishes! Grateful for all that 2025 delivered - countless lessons, mistakes and failures that ultimately have made me stronger and wiser. What a beautiful way to start your Friday!

What did you do with your extra hour today?

So I took a whole weekend to fill my cup. I’m amazed at how much better I feel tonight. Grateful for the not so subtle pushes to get away and recharge.

I spent my extra hour today down by Lake Erie watching the waves and the birds. After about 55 minutes the sun snuck under the clouds to nudge me back to reality. I’m always supported.
