North Union Farmer’s Market
Today I was downtown working at the Farmers Market downtown on Mall C. It was a gorgeous day and the Market was filled with the best vendors. One more week this year and then hopefully they will start again next Spring.

Forest bathing for the win!
That was 155 stairs to climb to view the beautiful view at Rocky River Reservation. On August 5th I got stuck in an elevator in my condo. I’ve taken the 95 stairs up to my floor ever since. I guess it has been great training for this flight of stairs.
I have been forest bathing lately and this was an exceptional opportunity. Loved the quiet retreat into nature. It resets my nervous system in ways I didn’t know was possible.
Climbing those steps was way easier than it would have been three months ago. The pay off for every step with groceries and work equipment in my hands was worth it to experience the beauty today.
How blessed to live ten minutes away. I’ll be back for sure!

Just got off the phone with Shannon. As we were hanging up I said something that I don’t remember having said to her before, “Go Make a difference in the world today.” She replied, “I will. You too.”
A wave of quiet satisfaction washed over me knowing that we are both in a place to finally do exactly that in our own way. Cheers to making a difference for the better! 🥂

Have your thoughts ever been so loud you couldn’t hear anything else? Me too and I almost got trampled on by a cyclist as a result!

Went to visit the Miller Butterfly House in Lorain County a couple of weeks ago. Something magical about watching them flit about. Feeling like they were kindred spirits - we gained our wings to fly.
