I swapped out the Jaguar for the Jetta. Yep, sommmmmmmmmetimes….design is about pure function. I had the almost $3000 Restoration Hardware Maison TV Glass Cabinet. Sold it. Got this: (2) Minsmere Black Cane cabinets. They were two inches shorter and fit better in front of windows and are combined 6 inches longer filling the space between the windows seamlessly. The combo is sleek and for years I’ve wanted cane doors on a media cabinet so the components which overheat can breath! The only customization was adding edge 8” matte black door handles on top of each door so you don’t know which way they open creating a cohesive modern look. I love it. Doesn’t look cheap at all. Yay Target!!!!

One of the first things we ordered for this living room design was this chair. This fabulous chair from (bluestone coffee table as well). Buttery leather, clean lines and strappy. It feels like you’re a ball nestled inside a well worn baseball glove. We waited, patiently for 7 months to get this beauty. It is the final piece d’irresistable in this design.
