Timberlake Church
Our mission is to reach, feed, and release people to be the hands and feet of Jesus.
When people disappoint us, cynicism creeps in. But here's the truth: our hope shouldn't be in people, movements, or trends—it should be in God alone.
Earthly powers are fickle. When leaders use faith as a tool for self-interest rather than genuine belief, watch out.

Looking back on Sunday and grateful for the time we shared together. Worship, community, and a reminder of why we gather each week.
The Cross and the Flag week 3: The Peaceful Life
In this final week of our series from the book of Daniel, Pastor Brad speaks to us about living a peaceful life. We are not called to use political systems to change the world for Christ. We are instructed to be a living example of what God's kingdom looks like, and we do this by living quiet lives and letting God be sovereign over the affairs of men and nations. We should pray more and protest less, share our faith more than our opinions. We need to seek the peace and prosperity of our nation, by turning to God not to men and putting our trust in Him.

Sooner or later, every believer faces this question: Who do you obey? Who do you serve? Who do you worship? This isn't just ancient history—it's your story too.
When it comes down to it, what will you choose?
The kingdom of God doesn't fit into our political boxes. Jesus transcends left and right, rising above the idolatry on both sides. He rules with grace and conquers through sacrificial love.
The Cross and the Flag week 2:
As we continue the series, rooted in the book of Daniel, Pastor Brad discusses the idea of idolatry and the danger of putting political entities in the place where God belongs. When we turn to anything but God to save us, to be the answer to the needs in our lives we are committing idolatry and just as it never went well for Israel, it will not go well for us either. God is God and only He is worthy of our worship.
