Summer A/C Reminder ☀️

During extreme heat, A/C systems are only designed to cool about 20 degrees below the outside temperature. To help keep your apartment cooler and avoid overworking your system:

• Keep blinds and blackout curtains closed during the day
• Avoid turning your A/C completely off while away
• Let your system run consistently to prevent extra strain

Also, don’t forget to double check your electricity bill for service fees, taxes, carryover balances, or variance billing plans that may affect your total.
