Wester Elementary

A big Wester welcome! 🌪️✨
We were thrilled to host the Lubbock ISD Community Leadership Academy today and show them what makes our school so special! Our guests were greeted by our STEAM Steppers and the Wester Whirlwind Ensemble, setting the perfect tone for a fantastic visit.
Thank you to the Leadership Academy for stopping by to see our students shine and experience the Whirlwind pride firsthand! 💙🎶

Here is today's update on our United Way Penny Wars! Prek is currently in the lead while a lot of our other grade levels have dropped to the negatives. Keep bringing in those coins until Friday!

There are 3 weeks left to Sponsor a STEAM Stepper!

Our dresses are no longer carried by our supplier. This means that our team will not match on stage. At $50 a dress, if we can fill STEAM *TWICE* then we can get all new costumes for the whole team.
Help us fill STEAM *TWICE* and order brand new dresses!
Money can be brought to Mrs. Klotzman in the dance studio.

Thank you Lubbock Fire Department for coming out and teaching our kindergarteners about fire safety! 🔥

Here's our updated leaderboard for United Way Penny Wars! Lots of sabotage today and now Kindergarten takes the lead!! Keep bringing in your coins until Friday, October 9th!

Thank you to The Park Apartments for stopping by with a fun Halloween gift basket 🎃

Here is our current leaderboard for our United Way Penny Wars! Third grade is currently in the lead while First and Fifth grade took a big hit and ended in the negatives. Keep bringing in coins this week!
