• Healing time is usually 6-12 months
• Avoid swimming, lakes, pools, hot tubs & soaking for at least 3 weeks 🫧
• Wear loose clothing to avoid irritation
• Clean it regularly with a sterile sea salt saline!
• Redness, swelling & tenderness at first is normal
• Do NOT twist or play with your jewelry 🙅‍♀️
• High waisted pants can irritate fresh piercings
