June is PTSD Awareness Month. 💙
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) affects millions of individuals and can impact every aspect of daily life. By increasing awareness, reducing stigma, and encouraging conversations about trauma, we can help more people find the support they need.
Healing is possible, and no one has to face trauma alone.

Our team had a great time recognizing Mental Health Awareness Month! 💚 Pictured here is our Outpatient team. One of the ways they helped raise awareness this month was through a "Diagnosis of the Day" initiative, which focused on educating patients about mental health conditions commonly seen in the populations we serve.
Open conversations about mental health help reduce stigma, increase understanding, and remind people that mental health challenges are more common than many realize. Through education and awareness, we can help more individuals recognize when they may need support and feel empowered to reach out for help.

Mental Health Awareness Month may be ending, but the conversations we’ve had this month are too important to leave behind.
Mental health doesn’t follow a calendar, and neither should support, compassion, or understanding. Every day is another opportunity to check in on someone you love, speak openly about what you’re feeling, or remind someone that they are not alone.
Let’s continue creating spaces where people feel safe asking for help, sharing their stories, and prioritizing their well-being without fear or judgment. Healing is not linear, and no one should have to navigate it alone.

Keep going. Keep choosing yourself. Even on the hard days, progress is still progress, and brighter moments are ahead. One day, you’ll look back and realize just how far you’ve come.
Taking the first step can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to do it alone. Our team is here to answer questions, offer support, and help you explore what recovery could look like for you or your loved one.
