Maxene is the larger, bolder one. LaVerne is the medium-sized girl who's usually out eating with Maxene. Patty is the smallest of the trio and the most shy, though you will frequently see all 3 out together at feeding time. These girls are still youngsters and are getting used to their new environment and the care staff. They've already "customized" the tunnel system in the enclosure and are constantly busy doing prairie dog stuff! With time and lots of love from staff, they will continue to settle in nicely. Welcome to Science Spectrum, girls!

Tot Come & Go continues this summer! Each Monday & Friday morning from 10:30am-11:30am, *free come-and-go style hands-on crafts, story times, and science experiments are hosted in the Lubbock Children's Museum. No reservations required.
