Here’s a cool look at one of our latest projects—a fully 3D-printed water-to-air intercooler assembly. One side is finalized and welded together, while the other is still broken down, giving you a great view of all the individual components that make up the system.

Here we are welding up this serious dual water-to-air intercooler assembly. The center tanks, end tanks, and water tanks were all produced using 3D printing technology, making it exciting to see the entire project come together. It’s amazing how additive manufacturing is changing what’s possible, allowing us to create complex designs, optimized airflow paths, and integrated features that would have been extremely difficult to manufacture just a few years ago. Stay tuned as this piece comes together and heads toward final assembly and testing.

What you’re looking at is a fully CAD-designed dual water-to-air intercooler, along with a set of equal-length turbo headers complete with wastegate provisions. I figured I’d film this video to show you the project before it’s assembled and finalized. Stay tuned for the finished version—it’s going to be something special.

It’s pretty amazing what additive manufacturing is making possible these days. It completely changes the game and opens the door to designs and engineering solutions that simply weren’t practical before.

Today we’re testing one of our Twin Turbo 5.0L Coyote Daily Driver Series engines. This is an impressive combination that has all the manners and drivability of a full-blown street car, yet is capable of producing 1,580+ horsepower—and as much as 1,800 horsepower when we really lean on it.

This complete package includes headers, turbochargers, wastegates, ECU, full accessory drive system, and is dyno tuned and ready to go.

This particular setup is headed into one of Moits Motorcars’ custom Ford Falcons, so be on the lookout for this one—it’s going to be something special.

If you’re looking for a truly bad dude Twin Turbo Coyote setup, give us a call.

This is our solution to running a big, ugly throttle body while still making it streetable. We weld these cups behind the throttle blades, allowing all three throttle blades to move while effectively operating on one 5-9/16-inch blade, which is still huge. This gives us much better drivability without sacrificing airflow when the throttle is opened.

Here is a cool shot of one of the Tuatara engines going together SSC North America before you see the plenum, intercooler, throttle body, etc. on it, this is a shot of the runners with the dual injectors per cylinder.
