As I looked at these simple white blossoms, I was reminded how easy it is to overlook the small things.

We are often drawn to what is bold, dramatic, or demanding of our attention.

Yet nature quietly reminds us that beauty is often found in the details.

A tiny flower.
A shaft of sunlight.
A moment of stillness.
A gentle insight that arrives when we pause long enough to notice.

The same is true within ourselves.

When we slow down and become present to our thoughts, emotions, and body sensations, we begin to notice patterns that may have been hidden in plain sight.

Awareness does not always arrive as a grand revelation.

Sometimes it arrives as a small detail we are finally ready to see.
