The morning vs evening training debate has real science behind it.

Morning: cortisol is naturally higher, which can help with focus and fat metabolism. You're also less likely to skip when it's done early.

Evening: core body temperature peaks later in the day, meaning your muscles are more pliable, reaction time is faster, and strength output tends to be slightly higher.

The honest answer? Consistency beats timing every time. Train when you'll actually show up.

One small deadlift fix that makes a big difference:

Brace BEFORE you pull.

A lot of people rush the setup, yank the weight, and lose tension through the trunk and low back.

Instead:

• Big breath into the stomach/ribs
• Lock the trunk in
• Stay tight as you drive through the floor

Better positioning.

Better force transfer.

Usually a safer, stronger pull.

Most technique issues aren’t solved by “trying harder.”

They’re solved by better positioning and better timing.
