After ten weeks, I finally get to welcome you guys back to Brow Down. What an experience! And it’s not over yet, in fact it’s kind of just beginning. As much as my worker brain wants to just cram full my whole schedule and do 30 full sets a week until everyone that was on my books before can be lashed, it’s just not going to happen that way! It is going to take me a while to get everyone back in. I’ll be reaching out to my long standing lash clients first and just going down the list from there. I really don’t know how else to do it! You can absolutely send me a message as well if you are NOT wanting to return (no hard feelings!) I know this quarantine has changed so many things, and maybe lashes aren’t the priority they once were, I totally get that!

When this first started I was planning on offering huge discounts so everyone could get their lashes back and not have to pay for a full set. Isn’t that sweet?! Lol! Fast forward 10 weeks and I have had NO income, no grants, no CARES act, no PPP, and I have still had to pay my shop rent, and restock product, buy new cleaning and protection products, new equipment and not lose my mind. AND THATS OKAY because I love my job and I love my space and I wanted to be here when you guys could come back. That being said, full sets of lashes will be full price.

FILL : $80 (2-3wks NO EXCEPTIONS)
Brow Clients: Be patient! I haven’t forgotten you!! I think I will be doing brow services on one specific day of the week. It’s not as easy for me to do different services and in between appointments with all of the new safety guidelines and cleaning standards. I will be reaching out to you guys as well.💓
There’s so much more! I have new hours, new ideas and a new vision for my business. I have been beyond blessed with the most supportive group of clients and friends, and I just cannot wait time reconnect with everyone, eventually!! I will be posting on my IG and Facebook as the week progresses and we get closer and closer to reuniting! Thank you for reading this long ass post❤️

Getting Fresh and Clean! I still don’t have a for sure date for my re open, but I am starting to clean and stock up for that day! 💕

There will be a few changes when we get to reopen and go back to work. Here is a little visual that might make it easier!:) I am not supposed to provide blankets, however I really strive to make my clients feel cozy and happy, so I will have fresh clean individually packaged blankets for each appointment. Clients are required to wear masks, and extra guests are not permitted. If you are early to your appointment you’ll be asked to wait in your vehicle until I have completely cleaned and sanitized my space. I won’t be able to stack my clients up and “squeeze” people in or do a quick brow wax in between so and so. Its going to be a lot more structured. All of this will be an adjustment, but we will get the hang of this new way together! I will be sending out emails with more specific guidelines before I begin rebooking my amazing clients. ❤️❤️❤️

Just a handful of my gorgeous lash babes for your Wednesday 😍😍 I feel like we are getting close to being able to reopen. We (here in WA) are still waiting for an exact date but so far, June 1st is what we’re hoping for! I will be contacting everyone as soon as I am able to start booking, and I hope to see all of your beautiful faces soon! I am absolutely terrible at staying connected on my social media lately! So here I am in all of my quarantined glory letting you all know that I MISS YOU!

The Gov. has ordered us to remain closed through this month, and I am very hopeful that June 1 will be our fresh start and reopen date. 🤞I can’t even describe how much I miss each and every client and the special relationships I have with you guys. I miss physically being in my salon, I miss my crappy jazz and our inappropriate conversations, lol!

I hope you are all feeling well physically and mentally. This has been such a weird and challenging time. I’m sure there will be new regulations and protocol for when I can begin lashing again, but we will navigate it together and get through it!

Hang in there guys! I can’t wait to reconnect with everyone and hug and touch you all😂😂 until then, stay the hell away from me. I’ll be here, in my sweats baking cookies and then getting mad at myself for baking cookies.

Hope everyone is staying healthy and staying home as much as possible. I miss doing lashes of course, but I really really just miss talking, hugging and catching up with all of my friends and clients.

I am hopeful that our lives can return to a new normal soon. I’ll be posting any updates to when we can actually go back to work, as I get them and I have temporarily turned off my online booking until a date is confirmed.🖤

Also, THANK YOU to all of the ‘essential’ workers who are out there keeping things moving. Medical persons (a lot of my dear clients!) gas station attendants, grocery store employees, mill and factory workers, etc. Thank you thank you thank you!!

And lastly.. shout out to my fellow ‘non essentials’ I see you, I feel you. Our little beauty community is awesome.. we’ll get through this❤️ Love you guys!

I’ve been doing makeup for, like, a million years. I think my first paid wedding gig was in 2000. Have you ever done something you love so much that you start to not love it? Yeah, that totally happens sometimes, so after a long crazy makeup packed summer and fall I needed a break from it! I haven’t been taking anyone (and don’t really plan to on the reg) for makeup because I needed to love it again. But today is winter ball, and I have a handful of ladies that I would never ever say no to, who have been letting me get them ready for this fun stuff for years.
