For months, we’ve been looking for a location for a Fall CCC Sale in Tyler.

We’ve knocked on countless doors, talked to realtors, investors, property owners, city officials, and explored opportunities at places like Painted Tree, Big Lots, Conn’s, Ashley, and many more. So far, we still haven’t found the right space.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

✔️ 20,000+ sq. ft. (30,000–50,000 sq. ft. would be ideal)
✔️ Plenty of parking
✔️ Air conditioning

Know a property owner, commercial leasing agent, developer, or someone with a great connection?

We’ll gladly consider warehouse, industrial, or flex space.
