We are a family owned restaurant, bakery and meat market that has proudly been serving the East Texas community since 1983.
We grind and cut all meats fresh daily. We are known for our grilled hamburgers and Fixins Bar as well as other southern classics. If anyone is traveling through Longview, Tx be sure to look up in the skies as you will see hundreds of hot air balloons flying around for the annual The Great Texas Balloon Races. All different shapes and colors and even characters. If the weather permits!
This is one of the biggest attractions in the country and people travel from all over the world to participate and it all goes down right here in Longview, Tx.

Balloons up tomorrow morning….
Rodeo in Gladewater and GTBR all weekend in Longview! Special shapes Friday morning all around town!
We will have breakfast ***Friday, Saturday and Sunday this weekend for the balloon fans AND CREWS! There will be a lot of balloon crews refueling with food after the morning flights!
