🎓 Senior Spotlight: Keira McGinley 🎓

Three Rivers Christian School is proud to celebrate senior Keira McGinley!

After graduation, Keira plans to attend the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota, where she will pursue her bachelor’s degree in accounting while continuing to play softball. We are excited to see her continue to grow both academically and athletically! 🥎

🎓 Senior Spotlight: Talan Hilsenhoff 🎓

Three Rivers Christian School is proud to celebrate senior Talan Hilsenhoff!

After graduation, Talan plans to go through the Vancouver Union Hall to earn his high voltage electrician’s license. We are excited to see him pursue this skilled career path and use his talents in such an important field. ⚡

After graduation, Jiin plans to attend college in the United States and pursue a career in nursing. We are excited to see her compassion, dedication, and heart for helping others lead her into this meaningful future. 🩺

🎓 Senior Spotlight: Landen Marsh 🎓

Three Rivers Christian School is proud to recognize senior Landen Marsh!

After graduation, Landen plans to complete an EMT program and work in the field for a few years, exploring the EMT fire service. He also plans to explore enology and viticulture in his fee time.
His heart for serving others and dedication to helping people in times of need will make a lasting impact. 🚑

After graduation, Greta plans to start her own sustainable regenerative farm based in permaculture. Her passion for stewardship, sustainability, and hard work is inspiring, and we are excited to see the impact she will make in the future. 🌱

Congratulations, Greta! Your TRCS family is proud of you and excited to watch you pursue your dreams with purpose and determination.

Our local community is carrying deep grief in the wake of the tragedy at Nippon. Our hearts are with the families directly impacted, with those waiting for news, and with every person experiencing fear, shock, or heartbreak.

We are especially mindful of the many helpers serving in difficult circumstances: first responders, medical teams, chaplains, counselors, law enforcement, and countless others working quietly to bring safety, care, and comfort to people they may never know personally. We are grateful for their courage and compassion.

As a school community, we also recognize that tragedies like this can affect students in different ways. Some may have family members, neighbors, or friends connected to the situation. Others may simply feel unsettled by the weight of it all. We encourage families to make space for conversation, reassurance, prayer, and care in the coming days. If there is any way we can help, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Even in painful moments, we are reminded that there are still people choosing courage, service, and compassion as they deal with the aftermath of this tragedy.
