New sod needs consistent watering to establish strong roots.

🌱 Days 1–14: Water 2–3 times per day, keeping the sod and soil underneath consistently moist.

🌱 Weeks 3–4: Reduce to once daily, but water more deeply.

🌱 After 4 Weeks: Transition to a regular watering schedule of 1–2 deep waterings per week, depending on weather conditions.

A simple test: lift a corner of the sod. If the soil underneath is damp and roots are beginning to anchor, you're on the right track.
