My name is Rachel Frazier and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas and a National Certified Counselor. I am originally from South Carolina and I graduated from Columbia International University with a B.S in Communications. I attended Clemson University and earned my M.Ed in Counselor Education with a focus on Clinical Mental Health. Austin State University. I work as a Director of Career Services and I also teach counseling and psychology courses for undergraduate and graduate students. I love helping people work towards their goals! Whether that is in career coaching, mentoring, or life coaching, I can help people hone in on their goals and work together to get them moving in that direction! In my spare time, I love finding family-friendly items, quick beauty necessities and fun fashion finds!
Whatever goals you set for yourself don’t let your mood distract you. Feelings are not facts and they’re not always accurate so today do what you have to do to stick to your plan whether that be getting your body moving, being present with your family or just showing up as your authentic self.
