The Laundry room must always look fun, even though it’s not fun😅

This dreamy new build is called French Country. It will be sitting on the homeowners beautiful land in the Texas country but don’t let that fool you into thinking this will be a typical country home. We will be layering some french and italian design and architecture, that will have a touch of modern day design details and old world attributes. We are currently wrapping up the exterior design and working our way through the inside.

I love small rooms because they can become so powerful. Whoever said not to paint small rooms dark colors because you will make it “feel small” is so wrong because this room packs a large punch. This mudroom will always be one of my favorites. - peek the before shot -

Lighting is and will always be my favorite part of a home, and these were very thought out with the overall feeling and look of this open-concept area.

I love using a white fixture like this one in a large open-concept area because we can play around with mixing different metals, and then use a white fixture to break it up a bit. - We actually used a total of 4 different metals in this living, dining, and kitchen area and made it all flow so nicely!

Did you know this about white quartzite?

I love how these custom reeded shower doors turned out for a custom build. The homeowner wanted some privacy glass so we decided to do something a little different and more curated than a rain glass. Thanks to Independent Glass & Mirror for making these happen!

Wallpaper could never 😏 this custom mural creates a custom detail that is lasting and I hate this word but “timeless” 🙃 it truly is something that won’t go out of style.
