This page and me making these flanges has come about because people appreciated my solution to a problem that a lot of fellow Avioners have.

Many of you have been waiting patiently for me to make another batch of fl**ges, and I feel like my shop and time are getting close to allowing me to make another batch of fl**ges.
Those of you who contacted me about them, I will try and get back to you in the next couple weeks, if you follow the page and are interested, let me know. I will try and have a batch ready by the end of February for shipment.
I appreciate your patience and would only add this is not my chief source of income and has had to take a back seat for a while to the rest of my life

Good morning
Many people have contacted me recently about ordering fl**ges. The only option I have currently for the material I make them out of is either a 7 hour round trip to go pick it up or raising my prices significantly to cover delivery and the increase in price of the material. I also am slammed with work from my real job and trying to get a piece of dirt ready for us to use as our home base here in NE Arizona, and Winter is coming....
I thank all of you for your interest and once I get through this push I will make another production run and let everyone know who contacted me and post here to let people know. I just can’t promise a delivery date or price right now.

Completing my second production run. Appreciate the support fellow Avion owners have shown me in buying me out of the first run of 16 sets I made in February. Looking forward to seeing some completed install feedback soon.

Currently my product offering is a set of fl**ges that would allow Avion owners, with the original 18" square openings to accommodate the original fans, to install and give them a 14" square opening that would accommodate mounting of modern Maxxair, Fantastic etc. fans.
The exterior fl**ge is made out of 6mm Ultra White Alupanel. It is a phenolic resin core sandwiched between two layers of aluminum that have been coated with white epoxy paint. It is 23 3/4" x 23 3/4" with 3" radius corners. The cutout is 14 1/8" x 14 1/8". The predrilled holes are 3/16" diameter, spaced about 1 7/8" apart, 1 1/4" in from the outside edge.
The inside fl**ge is made out of 3mm brushed aluminum Alupanel. Thinner phenolic core with brushed aluminum finish on the facing side. Same external dimensions and cutout but holes are 1/8" diameter and spaced about 3" apart.
I prepare them for shipping and include a 3 page set of tips and observations based on the ones I installed on our 1978 28M.
Price is $120.00 per set plus shipping which I determine based on your address when I drop it off at the UPS store. I send you a picture of the receipt and expect payment at that time using PayPal.
