That time of year has come, and it's time to start prepping your lawn for the upcoming season! While you can get away with starting now, the best time to scalp, aerate, and fertilize would be mid-to-late March. Here is an example of the benefits of aerating and what it would do for your lawn.
1. If your lawn doesn't have much grass, you could still aerate, but follow up with overseeding to cover those patches.
2. Aeration is done twice a year (every year) for those who get a lot of foot traffic or have hard clay soil.
3. Aeration can be done once a year (every 2-3 years) for homeowners who don't get a lot of foot traffic in their yard.
4. Scalping is best done in early spring only to ensure healthy new grass comes in for the summer.
Any further questions, or if you'd like to schedule us to come take a look, give us a call/txt at 903-619-1674. Let us take care of it so you don't have to!

Happy Friday!!
Leveled out/prepped and ready for this new grass to flourish next season! We’ll check back in spring and see how great it’ll do!
Fun fact: sod can still be layed out during the winter and should still be water (once a day for two weeks minimum) to make sure the roots dig in and it doesnt dry out. This helps it settle into the soil to flourish in the spring.
Big shoutout to Blue Ribbon Fence Company for trusting us to take care of their client, they themselves have been doing an amazing job replacing that old fence! Check them out whenever you get a chance. Give us a shout for any/allyour landscape needs!!

Transformation Thursday!
Here’s a before and after of a few trees we got to trimm back down! If you haven’t already, now is the time to start pruning your plants before they fully go dormant.
Fun fact: pruning helps promote plant health and growth by removing the old/diseased limbs. Now is the time to start cutting things back to help make your plants flourish better and brighter for the next season!
Any questions or concerns give us a shout, ask us about how you can save on leaf clean ups throughout the year instead of waiting right before spring @9036191674

Transformation Thursday!!
Today we got a chance to bring this flower b back to life. 1st pic is the before, middle pic shows the difference in the okd and fresh brown (spring to now), last shows the after of a new look!
Fun fact: mulch is suppose to be changed out twice a year (spring and fall)not just to keep the beds looking fresh but to keep termites from growing.

Transformation Tuesday!!
Shout out to Grab-N-Go for letting us give them a nice cut and a good clean up! As fall approaches, we recommend cutting back bushes/ trees for winter.
On a side note, with leaves starting to fall: ask us how you can save money having a clean up service/mow every two weeks and save money then a one time spring clean up next year!
1) Pros: yard looks good year round, save money on clean ups, neighbors are jealous of how good your yard looks!
2) cons: take to long to think about it because you think it’s expensive, now it’s next year and you need a spring clean up at full price, neighbors took advantage and their yard looks better than yours.
…. Choose wisely!

Happy Friday jr!!
We’re happy to share that we have now added hydro seeding to our arsenal!!
In this project we filled in areas that needed nice/ healthy dirt to makes sure our seeds take root. Covering almost 30,000 sq ft, this one was a beast!
We understand that sometimes it’s expensive to put in new sod and regular seeds can take a while sometimes. So we came up a solution that fixes it all and a bew client that will have great looking great soon. Let’s check back in a few weeks and see how it’s done!
